Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Ship to MOZA

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our designated service center, ensuring you keep the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
